A central component of the Chair's research program includes the development of major international reports addressing urgent domestic and global issues at the intersection of health, race, human rights, equity, and access to justice.
Drawing on the Chair's empirical research and interdisciplinary collaborations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the MENA region, these reports will examine issues such as medical populism and constitutionalism, pandemic governance, racial health disparities, intellectual property and access to medicines, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in healthcare, women's health and equality rights, global health governance, public health and disaster law, mental health disparities, and the future of human rights and sustainable development.
This page will serve as a hub for emerging research and critical global conversations generated through the Chair's work. Please check back for future publications and ongoing research outputs from the Chair and its collaborators.
